ABOUT ME

Putting My Legal Experience to Work

I'm Victor Carrillo. My decision to run for Justice of the Peace stems from a lifelong commitment to public service and a desire to use my legal background and experience to benefit the people of Rockwall County. A West Texas native, I was born in Abilene and have lived in Texas my entire life. My wife, Joy, and I have called Rockwall home since 2012 -- drawn by its quality of life and strong conservative values. We've been married 41 years and are blessed with three married daughters and four grandchildren, with another on the way. Guided by my faith, my family, and a commitment to service, I am dedicated to serving the people of Rockwall County with EQUITY, INTEGRITY, and RESPECT!
